We are now looking for a site manager in construction for our establishment in Skellefteå. Your mission as a site manager As a site manager at Svevia, you will be an important key player in your work. You will work on various projects, primarily within water and sewage as well as earthworks and construction. As a site manager, you will plan, execute, and follow up on your ongoing work. You are the link to the team that coordinates and leads everyone, both Svevia's own employees and our subcontractors, towards the same goal regardless of project size. Of course, you will have support from the site manager, colleagues, our operational systems, and well-developed processes.

Who are you? To be considered for the position, you have practical knowledge and experience working with various types of earthworks and construction. If you have previously worked with water and sewage, that is highly meritorious. You are also accustomed to working with production and financial follow-up and have system familiarity. We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, takes initiative, and has a natural ability to create order and structure around you.

Interest, aptitude, and the enjoyment of working daily with modern IT tools, as well as having a B driver's license, are considered essential. Previous experience in leadership is also meritorious.
